Will my package be discrete?

Yes! The box will be a plain box with a shipping label only.

The shipping label will have the "from" company name listed as "Clinch Mountain Botanicals."

Is hemp flower legal in my state?

Technically, all hemp material that is under 0.3% Delta 9 THC is legal to sell to anyone, in any state, per the 2018 Farm Bill.

With that being said, some states have attempted to limit either the possession or sale of hemp flower, or have restricted hemp flower to only be legal if it is under 0.3% Total THC.

It is up to you to know your local laws and purchase material that is legal. If you have further questions about this, please consult your attorney.

What is the return/refund policy?

Per Our Terms of Use if you purchase a product that is never received, damaged upon receipt, or otherwise does not fairly represent the product purchased, you must notify us in writing or via email to blizzielife@gmail.com within 14 days of the date your order was placed.

The Company [Clinch Mountain Botanicals] reserves the right to verify all claims of missing, damaged, or misrepresented product. If a claim is verified authentic, the Company will replace the order with the same or similarly-valued product. In the absence of the same or similarly-valued product, the Company may opt to issue a refund instead.
